Description
The views around the plot are spectacular, with this project we want to expose the largest number of apartments towards this view. Landing the “type” floor of the project we can ensure that each unit enjoys a glass corner, “a jewel box” which helps maximize exposure. With the rest of the façade we tried to contrast this transparency with a series of shadow elements, structure and terraces that support the interior of the apartments. We bet that this combination will create interior spaces that can enjoy the environment in a special way.
With the balcony set we seek to complement the concept of glass corners. Moving them from place we can offer double height terraces which maximize the views and provide a feeling of grandeur when using them. These equally facilitate the positioning of larger plants on a traditional balcony.
