What is the stipulated form of payment?

➢ The unit is reserved with US$5,000

➢ Upon signing the Promise to Purchase Agreement, 10% of the value of the unit must be completed (That is, the buyer will pay 10% less the US$5,000 of the reservation amount already paid).

➢ 40% of the sale price is completed in monthly payments until the unit is delivered.

➢ Finally, the remaining 50% is paid at the time of delivery of the unit
